We liked the cool guy who checked us in quickly. We liked the room size and the daily clean towels. We especially liked the two sinks, one in and one outside the bathroom door. We enjoyed the hot tub in the gazebo. We appreciate the enclosed patio pool and were were glad to have a balcony inside the enclosed pool since the weekend was rainy and cold. In nice weather I am not so sure we'd appreciate the first or second level. We enjoyed the hot tub especially because the beach was not an option due to the weather.

Room 125 was quiet and great by the indoor pool and kafe (when it was open...only able to use it for breakfast Saturday morning...and it was delicious). Thank you for the towel gift...my grandson loved it...I like that everyone you talked to have been coming back to revisit the Lodge for many years...I too have been back and will continue...Love your strict policies...thank you very much Phil Mikalik

We booked through a third party but when we got to the hotel we wanted a balcony room. Myron and Heavenly greeted us and helped upgrade our room with ease! Amazing customer service. Nice, friendly and accomodating! Would definately go back!!! Great views, great pools, great location!!! Thanks Myron and Heavenly for helping us make our vacation so much better!!!

The Staff was very friendly, Desiree was so very kind and helpful to me and my family. The room we booked had so much room to spare, the accommodations were more than I would have expected at home. The pools were great. The hot tub was outstanding. The hotel was right on the beach, it wasn't crowded. We had a fantastic stay. Will come again soon.

So we booked through booking.com, we didn't know they had economy rooms. We got there late but the ladies are so nice in the office the very next morning she upgraded our room. Not sure that would happen late June or July because of vacancy. She was awesome and I know how to book next time. Would go back knowing how to book next time.
